On March - 12th/2026 HR Next.vn held a working session at Toan Xuan Co., Ltd. (owner of the “Toan Xuan Clean Rice” brand) http://gaosachtoanxuan.vn/The meeting was attended by Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Director of the Company, along with HR Next.vn’s team of experts, who bring over 20 years of experience in financial management consulting.
As part of the program, the HR Next.vn delegation toured the Company’s rice production and processing facilities, engaged in discussions on financial and accounting management practices, and listened to inspiring insights shared by the Company’s leadership.
Currently, Toan Xuan Co., Ltd. manages a cultivation area of up to 2,000 hectares and operates an integrated production model in partnership with farmers. This includes capital investment, provision of seeds and fertilizers, technical support, and full purchase of rice output directly at the field. Thanks to its strict production processes and distinctive ecological farming model, Toan Xuan rice is regarded as one of the premium rice products in Vietnam, highly appreciated by the market for its quality.
Notably, Toan Xuan Co., Ltd. is a pioneer in ecological agriculture in Vietnam. The Company applies a fully natural farming model that combines rice cultivation with ragworm (rươi) farming—a sustainable method in which ragworms live underground, naturally aerating the soil and decomposing into organic nutrients that nourish the rice plants. This model enables Toan Xuan rice to maintain its natural purity and high nutritional value. The product “Toan Xuan 999 Premium Clean Rice” has been certified under the OCOP (One Commune One Product) program by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.
In the coming period, Toan Xuan Co., Ltd. aims to increase its factory capacity by 50% to meet the growing market demand, particularly for supplying school kitchen systems in Hanoi. At the same time, the Company is planning to develop an 80-hectare eco-agricultural tourism area, featuring experiential activities such as ragworm farming, shrimp fishing, and rice cultivation, targeting a premium experiential tourism model.
