I asked myself: If machines can write reports, analyze data, create content, then what is left for humans to do? The skills that once made me proud - fast typing, coherent writing, spreadsheet processing – suddenly became "ordinary".
That feeling, I believe, was not just experienced by me alone. It was a psychological storm for an entire generation of HR professionals.
2. But then I realised: AI Cannot Replace the "Soul" of Humans
After a few months of research, I realized: AI is just a powerful tool, but it doesn't know why we do it. AI can write a good article, but only humans understand who that article is written for and for what purpose.
What makes humans different is: empathy, critical thinking, professional ethics, and the ability to connect.
3. From Panic to Awakening
